Ms Lynn Ng holds a Bachelor's degree (First Class) in Mathematics from Oxford University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from INSEAD and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Ms Ng has an illustrious career with the public service of Singapore. She has held management positions in the Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Manpower. She was involved in strategic policy formulation and development in higher education, waste management, and manpower development issues, specialising in policy studies, resource allocation, financial management and administration.
Ms Ng was a Director at WDA and lead a team of dedicated staff responsible for designing and implementing incentive policies and schemes to raise workforce employability and industry competitiveness. She has extensive experience working closely with stakeholders in the creative, information and communications technology, financial services sectors, and community and social services sectors to design manpower development programmes.
