NICF- PMP® For Project Managers

Course Overview

As today’s projects are becoming more challenging, cross-disciplined, cross-functional and complex, Project Managers need to be empowered with the industrial proven knowledge, best practices and skills to meet this ever increasing demand.

This 5-day course will help you master the critical knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage today’s projects and sit for the international recognised Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examination. It will give you an in-depth understanding of PMI®’s “A Guide to the Project Management Book of Knowledge” (PMBOK® Guide), pick up study tips and question tackling strategies.

You will be provided with the PMBOK® Guide and a bestselling PMP® Exam guidebook, and comprehensive post-course examination support covering online practice questions, mock exam simulations and six months of e-mentoring by experienced instructors.

You will earn 39 Professional Development Units (PDUs) upon successful completion of this course. This fulfils the requirements of the 35 project management training hours(contact hours) for PMP® eligibility. Note that for the purpose of PDU reporting by those with PMP® credentials, the PMI REP Provider Number of ISS is “2339”.

  • possess at least a diploma from a tertiary institution or a university degree and above

Live sessions will be supported with online practices by topic and actual examination simulations

NICF Accreditation

  • This course is aligned to the National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) and accredited by WDA. Absentee payroll subsidy is available for eligible companies and companies on a short work week system will receive the absentee payroll subsidy based on their employees' current income.   • Upon completion of the course, eligible participants will be assessed on required Competency Units (CUs). For each CU passed, participants will be issued a Statement of Attainment

PMP Credential and Exam Application
Upon completion of the course, participants are required to submit their PMP Credential and Exam application (CBT mode) online via the PMI website. The exam eligibility period is one year. For details kindly refer to the PMI website.

Participants are encouraged to sign up for PMI membership to benefit from a digital edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and access to an online library of Project Management books. The course fee does not include PMI membership fees.
