Enterprise Architecture is the organising logic for business processes and IT infrastructure, reflecting the integration and standardisation requirements of the company's operating model. The enterprise architecture provides a long-term view of a company's processes, systems, and technologies so that individual projects can build capabilities - not just fulfil immediate needs.

- Jeanne W. Ross, Peter Weill, David C. Robertson,
Enterprise Architecture As Strategy, Harvard Business School Press, 2006

  • "As a solution architect for more than 7 years, I found this course very useful. It puts all knowledge in a systematic way, especially with the linkage to business architecture. It gives technology related architecture development a clear vision. The best practices and resource materials learnt during the class are also very useful for the improvement of existing EA practices in my daily job. The lecturers are experienced EA practitioners as well...they encourage students to share their own problems and experiences."
    - CAO Xiafen, Assistant Vice President, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore

  • "The course has a wide coverage of EA frameworks that adds a lot of value to a practitioner. It also provides a macro view of the EA process which is very beneficial. The course materials are very comprehensive and cover every aspect of the 'need-to-know' areas. It can be used as a day-to-day reference guide!.... This intensive training has provided me with a new perspective in planning and implementing EA framework in my organisation. It formalises and enhances the understanding of EA from a practitioner's point of view."
