| This intensive course, led by experienced ISS PM professionals, aims to prepare project managers for the PMP certification examination and help them advance their project management career to the next level.
Upon completion of the course, participants would be able to: - Apply Project Management Institute (PMI®) project management techniques to the real world
- Optimise examination preparation time by focusing on the important topics in the PMBOK®
- Familiarise themselves with the examination format and the questioning style
- Learn the techniques to answer tough situational questions and questions on professional conduct
- Identify gaps in their project management knowledge and develop a personal study plan to improve on weaker project management areas
Participants earn 28.5 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for successful completion of this course.

| Who should attend
This course is designed for project managers preparing for the PMP certification examination conducted by the Project Management Institute. |

| Pre-requisites
- Participants must have recieved formal Management training of at least 18 hours. (Some examples of formal project management training includes ISS 'IT Project Management' Course, 'Project Management for Information Systems' and 'Critical IT Project Management' courses.)
(Note: Participants have to meet the minimum experience required in order to sit for the PMP examination. Refer to PMI website for details.)
