Course Overview
This course enables participants acquire critical and essential IT project management skills. It initiates with an overall project management principles and strategies before progressing into more detailed techniques and skills. This course would be beneficial to:
  • Junior IT professionals who have yet to accumulate the necessary experience to be a certified associate CITPM through project experience report submission to SCS
  • Those whose job requirements include management of IT projects (either outsourced or internally developed projects)
  • Practising IT professionals who would be able to revise fundamentals and important concepts in IT project management. It also provides busy professionals a gradual phased progression to subsequent CITPM certification

This course is designed for junior IT professionals, practising IT professionals and IT users who are responsible for co-ordinating and managing IT projects.
