Course Overview
This course explains what software testing is and how it can be used to improve software quality and our confidence in our software products. It also covers the basic technical and management techniques associated with software testing.

Upon completion of this course, participants would be able to :
  • Understand the principles, techniques, and practices of software testing
  • Appreciate the role of testing in building quality software, in terms of both strengths and limitations
  • Understand the importance of testing, test planning, and test development in the software lifecycle

This course is designed for technical leads with responsibilities in planning, software development and product quality, project leaders who wish to learn how to plan and organise their project's testing efforts, and software professionals who wish to learn how to design and conduct effective tests.
