Description :This is a Online Payroll project undertaken at software company Justlogin pte. Ltd. Singapore. The technologies used in this project are mainly C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and SQL database. This provides complete online resource for payroll information and payroll processing. Main functionalities of the projects are
• Employee details, department, section & category settings can be created .Employees’ personal particulars like address, contact details, Bank account details, and EP/WP details can be stored. Employee details and pay details can be imported from outside the system.
• Employee pay details can be assigned by the company and can be configured for each employee and flexibility to maintain the pay components.
• Monthly, daily and hourly rated salary can be paid based on different calculations. Working calendar and different type of pay period can be setup.
• Allowances, Deductions and Reimbursements can be set for specified or for all the periods. Salary mode like Bank / Cash / Cheque can be set.User defined allowance can be created & assigned to the employees and this allowance is subject to CPF / IR8A /BIK/Proration or not can be set.
• CPF calculations for Singaporeans & PR holders can be done automatically based on the latest government rules. CPF can be paid to the CPF Board Monthly or Bi Monthly.
• IR8A details can be generated at the end of the year. System will automatically include the whole year salary & other information to IR8A forms for all the employees.
• FWL, SDL and NS Pay can be calculated. Provide interface with external software systems for Auto Pay with Bank, CPF, IRAS, MINDEF.
• Can handle to process No Pay Leave, Claims, OT Pays differently before the normal payrun. The proration can be handled on basis of No Pay Leave. Advance payment and repayment can be handled.
• Reports can be created for all transactions.
• Different roles can be created and assigned to different users and have a new security feature for the users before viewing their own pay records.
