NUS-ISS collaborated with the Public Transport Council to study commuters’ experience at various public transportation touchpoints through interviews and focus group discussions.
Building on our findings in 2015, NUS-ISS partnered the Land Transport Authority on studies of possible interventions to shift the travel demands of commuters out of the peak period to provide a more commuter-centric public transport experience.
NUS-ISS partnered UBS to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of its human-centred design workshops. UBS is the first wealth manager to partner academia to improve its client experiences.

To support Medtronic in its ongoing efforts to foster a strong innovation culture throughout its organisation, NUS-ISS has provided design thinking and innovation training to IT innovation staff, as well as supporting the development of a technology innovation evolution framework to structure the feasibility testing and progress of new ideas, designed to impact health outcomes.

As part of a three year programme to understand and monitor the hard-to-measure aspects of disability support programmes in Singapore, NUS-ISS collaborated with SG Enable to develop a social outcomes measurement framework.

In November 2015, NUS-ISS embarked on a two-year project with Integrated Health Information Systems on a healthcare billing transformation. This major initiative will span public healthcare organisations in Singapore to redesign and align certain aspects of healthcare billing processes for seamless and convenient payment.
As NTUC Income is implementing new data analytics processes, including a ‘Data Lake', NUS-ISS collaborated with NTUC Income’s internal data engineering team to design a responsive solution stack. The consulting team completed need and gap analyses before creating an architectural blueprint and roadmap to aid implementation.
