One question frequently asked about Agile is how vendors and customers can work together based on Agile projects.
The traditional Waterfall model fits nicely with the way companies buy things - the requirements are drawn up, the supplier quotes a price (based on their interpretation of the requirements and estimates of cost) and everyone signs a legally binding agreement.
But in the Agile world, how can contracts be established when requirements are not drawn upfront or when requirements can change anytime?
In this talk, we will be discussing Agile contract models available to vendors and customers in establishing contracts for Agile projects.
