Building a successful digital product requires more than just a great idea and the latest technology. A well-crafted strategy is essential for navigating the market. Understanding the competition and connecting with potential customers to establish market positioning are crucial steps in crafting the strategy. By combining a long-term marketing plan and a sustainable business model, these elements of product strategy help to launch a product that resonates with the target audience.

The DPS course is a practice-oriented course designed for product professionals and digital strategists looking to enhance their expertise in successful strategy formulation and execution.

Over four weeks, participants will learn to formulate a compelling product vision based on market research and develop a Go-To-Market strategy that drives customer adoption and loyalty. Through case discussions and team projects, participants will acquire the skills to develop strategies for launching and sustaining their digital products.

This course is part of the Digital Products & Platforms and Software Systems series offered by NUS-ISS. It also contributes to the Graduate Certificate in Designing and Managing Products and Platforms, which can be stacked towards a Master of Technology in Software Engineering.
