NICF- Project Management for IT

Overview

If you’re involved in projects, this course will equip you with a disciplined set of essential skills, concepts and principles that can be applied and adapted to improve your personal and organisational performance.

Delivered by experienced project management practitioners from diverse backgrounds and expertise, we will share valuable insights, knowledge and experiences to provide you with the required foundation to respond to some of the PM’s key concerns:

  • What does the project needs to produce and deliver?
  • How much money do we need to deliver the results?
  • How much time will it take to deliver?
  • How do I manage, track and control to ensure project success?

This course provides an unbeatable formula that combines the project management foundations, techniques, hands-on workshops along with the sharing of practical practices that will enhance your personal repertoire of project management skills.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will earn 26.75 PDUs (PM: 26.75) that can be used to maintain your PMP® credential. Note that for the purpose of PDU reporting by those with PMP® credentials, the PMI REP Provider Number of ISS is “2339”.
