NICF- Managing Project Stakeholders : A Practical Approach

Overview

The Factors of Success, published by the Standish Group, in 2015 ranks executive management, emotional maturity and user involvement as the top three factors of success for an IT project. Skillful management of these people factors increases the probability of success. The true measure of success for a project is when management and users perceive that their needs and expectations have been met and when their concerns are addressed.

Equip yourself to manage your stakeholders' expectations for conclusive outcomes. This course takes a two pronged approach in addressing the pain points namely, process and framework coupled with leadership and soft skills. Learn via a real-life workshop case, lectures, experience sharing, group discussion and role play.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will earn 19.5 PDUs (PM: 6.5, Leadership: 13) that can be used to maintain your PMP® credential. Note that for the purpose of PDU reporting by those with PMP® credentials, the PMI REP Provider Number of ISS is “2339”.
