This course is to provide experienced user project managers of IT application projects, advanced skills to carry out their role as the key user representative to work with the IT project manager on an IT project.
This course will provide understanding on how new technology can transform/disrupt organisations, how technology (new or existing) can be used to improve customer services (front-end work processes) and back-end work processes, as well as how user interface design (also known as digital user experience design) is an important element to aid in improving both front-end and back-end processes. In addition, the course will also cover risk management and business continuity.
Class Time: 9:00am-5:00pm
Upon completion of this course, participants would be able to:

In the event of a change of venue, participants are advised to refer to the acceptance email sent one week prior to the commencement date.
All classes are subject to confirmation and ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
