User Project Manager for IT Project – Basic Course


This course is to provide user project managers, who are new to IT application projects, the basic skills to carry out their role as the key user representative to work with the IT project manager on an IT project.

This course will provide understanding on the lifecycle of IT application projects, the areas of user involvement and the skills to manage and participate in such areas effectively.
