Professional Conversion Programmes (PCP)
The Professional Conversion Programmes are designed to help mid-career PMEs augment their strong domain knowledge and experiences. Under these programmes, PMEs seeking a career change can undergo skills conversion and obtain the necessary competencies to take on new jobs in a different industry.
Our PCP for Data Analysts and the PCP for Full Stack Software Developers programmes include a combination of classroom training and practical work attachments. This offers individuals the chance to apply what they have learnt in a professional industry environment.
