What is the typical class size?
The class size varies for each course.
How do I find the courses?
You can click on https://www.iss.nus.edu.sg/blended-learning-programmes/programmes for the list of courses available.
When is the last day to register for course?
Registration will close seven days prior to the start of the course.
How do I register for a course?
On each course page, you will find a 'Register' button and will be directed to a log in page. Once you have created an account, you will be able to register and pay for the course.
How do I access the course materials?
You will receive an email from us one week before the course commences. The login information to the learning platform will be sent to the same email you used to register for the course. If you did not receive such an email, please reach out to us at iss-blendedlearning@nus.edu.sg.
What are the payment methods available?
Any registration of a course will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by NUS-ISS. Payment of course fees should be received by NUS-ISS one week prior to any course commencement.
Payment of course fees constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein, and can made via:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Paynow (for participants who are residing in Singapore)
How will I know if my payment is successful?
Once you have registered and successfully made payment for the course, you would receive a confirmation email as well as the receipt. If you did not receive the receipt, please reach out to us at iss-blendedlearning@nus.edu.sg.
Will I be able to change my course with the same amount of fees after I have made payment?
Yes, but it is subjected to seat availability and prerequisites (if any).
How do I withdraw from a course?

What is the refund policy?

Can I request for my certificate if I have misplaced it?
Yes, you may reach out to us at iss-blendedlearning@nus.edu.sg.
Can I display the badges on my resume or social media accounts?
NUS-ISS is working hard to bring digital accreditations to you.
Can SkillsFuture credits be used to offset the course fee?
No, SkillsFuture credits cannot be used to offset the course fee.
Courses
Are there prerequisites/requirements for the registration of the courses?
The prerequisites/requirements for each course differ. Please visit each course page to know more learn more about them.
Is the content panel in sequence? Am I allowed to access all of the course’s content in advance?
No, the content is released in a sequential manner to optimise learning.
Is there a deadline to complete the assignments for each week of the course?
Our courses are cohort-based hence, there are deadlines to complete all assignments for the cohort to progress together.
Do I have to follow the lessons and assignments planned for each week?
Yes, you will need to follow the schedule for each week.
Are there collaborative projects for the learners?
Yes, there will be group activities to facilitate learning.
Are live sessions compulsory and part of the requirements?
Yes, you will need to attend all the live sessions to get the most out of the course. There may be assignments given during the live sessions.
How many live sessions are there for each course?
Please refer to the individual course page for the live session dates.
Is there a need to come down to NUS-ISS for the live sessions or is the course is only conducted through Intrepid?
Live sessions are conducted via Zoom or face-to-face at NUS-ISS for learners residing in Singapore.
Is there any licenced software or tools that is required for the course?
No additional software licence is needed. However, depending on the course, you may need to go to external sites for collaboration with group work. More information can be found on the course page.
What are the requirements for completion of the course?
There are different individual and group assessments for each course, and they have to be completed.
Will I get a certificate on completion of the course?
You will be issued a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.
Can I download the course content?
You may download selected course content and resources for reference except the videos.
Can I continue to access the content even after I complete the class?
Your access to the learning site will be disabled after the course end date. Please download the course content before the course ends.
