Who Should Attend
This course is designed for anyone who is required to develop or assist to develop cybersecurity agenda, to lead his/her organisation’s cybersecurity strategy and to respond swiftly and decisively on cyber incidents. This includes
- Business and operational leaders ie HR, Finance Managers who are participating in Cybersecurity related decisions
- Systems Owner, Project Sponsors
- Professionals who play a role in their organisation for managing cybersecurity.
The objective of this course is not to turn you into cybersecurity professionals, but to equip you with sufficient cybersecurity knowledge on the potential threats to your organisation's information and how to avoid situations that might put the organisation's data at risk.
This course is not recommended for those who have already attended Managing Cybersecurity Risk or Cyber Security for ICT Professionals.
Prerequisites
Participants should have foundational understanding of what is Cybersecurity and some of the cybersecurity policies exist in your organisation.
There will be a pre-course survey conducted to the registered participants before course confirmation
What to Bring
No printed course materials will be issued.
Bring Your Own Laptop – Participants are required to bring your own internet-enabled laptop with these recommended configuration; Intel Core i5 (sixth generation or newer) or equivalent, Microsoft Windows 10 Professional, 8GB (or higher) RAM. The recommended web browser is Google Chrome to access courseware on the ISS learning management system.

Certificate of Completion
Participants have to meet a minimum attendance rate of 75% and are required to pass the assessment to be issued a Certificate of Completion.

Course Confirmation
All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
