Lecturer & Consultant, Service Design & Customer Experience

Join our team in NUS-ISS Digital Innovation & Design Practice in our mission to support organisations in their journey of capabilities development and digital transformation. We are looking for customer-oriented and passionate individuals who can translate and share their industry expertise in service design and customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of courseware curriculum and assessment for the Digital Innovation and Design practice.
  • Translate practical industry experience and expertise into capabilities development in Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), Service Design and Innovation.
  • Conduct user research
  • Drive research, consulting and training for projects and collaborations with partnering companies.
  • Represent Digital Innovation and Design Practice at industry network events and contribute to the overall NUS-ISS organisation strategic directions.

Requirements:

  • A good university degree or postgraduate at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise and industry experience in design thinking, customer journey mapping from user research, to implementation of projects and services.
  • Industry experience and practical knowledge in driving service design, customer experience and/or innovation projects
  • Knowledge of new digital and technologies trends.
  • Passionate in knowledge transfer and building the next generation of service designers, innovation and customer experience professionals
  • Prior or current teaching experience for adult learners a plus
