The Master of Technology in Digital Leadership at NUS-ISS was truly transformative in shaping my professional journey. It helped me shift from thinking like a senior engineer to leading as a digital leader who now drives data operations and strategy across international markets for Sembcorp’s Group Digital team.The programme reshaped how I view my team’s work through the lens of leadership, systems thinking, and long-term impact. Courses on data governance, digital innovation, and platform thinking equipped me to lead with clarity in fast-evolving environments. The capstone experience was especially meaningful, challenging me to turn ambiguity into strategy and ideas into scalable solutions. Overall, MDL strengthened my confidence as a tech leader and empowered me to drive strategic digital transformation with a strong product mindset.
