Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and deliver applied programmes in digital and AI-enabled business transformation, spanning CX, operating models, and process innovation.
- Build hands-on demonstrators, prototypes, and reusable AI assets (agents, copilots, automation pipelines) that translate real-world challenges into teachable, deployable solutions.
- Develop and teach curriculum on AI-driven operating models, customer journeys, and process innovation, grounded in your own build work.
- Lead applied projects and co-creation with industry partners, from pilot through to working implementation.
- Support the AI initiatives (e.g., marketing, finance, operations transformation).
- Contribute to thought leadership and represent ISS in industry engagements and executive forums.
Requirements :
- Degree/Postgraduate qualification in Business, Digital Transformation, UX/CX, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying digital or AI solutions, alongside the ability to teach and codify that work for professional learners.
- Exposure to AI applications in business (e.g., analytics, automation, customer experience tools).
- Experience with rapid prototyping, innovation labs, or experiential learning environments is advantageous.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and teaching capabilities, balanced with a practitioner’s instinct to build.
