An Architecture Community of Practice (ACoP) Forum

The Architecture Community of Practice (ACoP) is made up of passionate professionals specialising in enterprise, business, information, application, technology and solution architectures. ACoP was formed with the objective of promoting the advancement of the architecture practice through sharing, learning and support in the vibrant network of practitioners.

Kia Siang Hock, Assistant Director, InfoComm, National Library Board (NLB)

The National Library Board (NLB) is well-reputed for its world-class and innovative national and public library infrastructure, services and programmes, having won many awards and featured in several business case studies at Harvard, Insead, NUS and Warwick. The Solution Architect Office that Siang Hock oversees has been actively involved in many of these popular and innovative services. It will be an interactive session where Siang Hock will share his experience and the roles of his team in the innovation journey at NLB.

Ong Leong Seng, Chief Architect & Group Director Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Development, Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS)

In this session, Leong Seng will share on the Singapore healthcare landscape, the trends and most importantly, how iHIS is making use of the EA methodology and practices to help plan the roadmap and blueprint in support of the many public healthcare initiatives. Leong Seng will talk about his practical experiences and also show some examples of the EA artefacts that he and his team have built to help them plan, align and map out the IT initiatives/projects for the various healthcare clusters.

Mr. Kia Siang Hock Assistant Director, InfoComm, National Library Board (NLB)

Siang Hock is currently the Assistant Director overseeing the Architecture & Application Infrastructure at the National Library Board. He has over 20 years of diverse IT experience in the areas of IT management, architecture, applications, systems operations, and applied R&D. Prior to NLB, Siang Hock held various IT positions at Singapore Institute of Management, Pacific Internet, Jurong Town Corporation and Defense Science Organisation.

Mr. Ong Leong Seng Chief Architect & Group Director Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Development, Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS)

Leong Seng is currently the Chief Architect and Group Director of Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Development at iHIS. He has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of large-scale enterprise-wide IT systems. At IHiS, he drives the Enterprise Architecture, infrastructure consolidation and technology adoption roadmap for all public healthcare institutions.
