ISS Seminar: Outcome-based Analytics: How data-driven decisions can give your business a competitive edge

With the massive amount of real-time data available from in-house infocomm systems, smartphones, tablet PC and on social network, the web and other online sources, more and more companies are using them to make better predictions to improve sales and profitability – using business analytics. The ever-changing data can be used to track consumer behavior and buying activity in real time and allow enterprise to gain critical insights on their purchasing preference and pattern, and make smarter and better strategic marketing decisions that can help them to take effective actions.

In this seminar, learn how organisation can use the potent combination of IT and business analytics to quickly translate data into intelligence to provide almost instanteous and effect solutions, without relying on intuition or guesswork. The use of analytics must be outcome-driven so that data can be used strategically to create business value and give your business the competitive edge.
