ISS Seminar: Supply Chain Analytics

Relying on traditional supply chain execution systems is becoming insufficient, especially with a mix of global operating systems, competitive pricing and ever increasing customer expectations. With data analytics in place, organisations can track consumer behavior and buying activity in real time, and this will help them to forecast and plan their resources efficiently. Using analytics in supply chain will also give you the competitive advantage because of the prominent role it plays in an organisation’s cost structure and profitability.

In this seminar, learn about:

  • How you can use analytics in supply chain
  • Problems in supply chain that analytics can solve
  • Examples of analytics application in supply chain
