Meet the NUS-ISS Team and learn about our story and achievements.
The IBM supply chain currently has over 30 showcase analytics projects across multiple elements of the enterprise process framework. These projects are a mixture of business intelligence and advance analytics, with predictive and prescriptive components. Some are leveraged within IBM; others extend to our trading partners, either upstream to multiple tiers of suppliers, or downstream through to our distribution partners. They involve optimisation of assets, like inventory and receivables, to better forecasting, multiple areas of risk management, and advanced quality management tools, to name a few.
This talk will discuss IBM’s supply chain strategy, how analytics fit into that strategy, case studies covering key IBM implementations with lessons learned and a discussion of key skills needed within the organisation to success implement analytics.
