PanAust Mining is a growth-oriented mining company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. To improve efficiencies in their mines in Laos, PanAust wanted to implement a Transactional Service Centre (TSC). This TSC would track cases related to HR, Payroll, Travel, Purchase to Pay and general inquiry, with a goal of creating visibility, better tracking and timely delivery of services. Cloud Sherpas worked with PanAust to deliver this outcome, and in this session, we will discuss what happened, lessons learned, and the outcome for PanAust.
