Mr. Kia Siang Hock is currently the Deputy Director overseeing Technology and Innovation at the National Library Board of Singapore (NLB). In this role, he and his teams are heavily involved in the conceptualisation, PoCs, design and development of various innovative services at NLB.
He has over 20 years of diverse IT experience in the areas of IT management, architecture, applications, systems operations, and applied Research & Development. Prior to NLB, Siang Hock held various IT positions at Singapore Institute of Management, Pacific Internet, Jurong Town Corporation and Defense Science Organisation.
Mr. Ong Leong Seng is the Chief Architect & Group Director, Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Development Division in IHiS Pte Ltd. He has an extensive background in the design, development and implementations of several large-scale IT projects, in the areas of mission-critical healthcare medical record systems, broadband networking, messaging, Internet/E-Commerce and logistic tracking applications.
Architecture programme, infrastructure consolidation and Health IT Masterplanning for the public healthcare institutions. Concurrently, Leong Seng holds the position of Director, National Healthcare IT Architecture Office (NAO) in the Ministry of Health Holdings. The NAO develops and maintains the National Health IT Architecture Blueprint, and work with all health IT projects to align their solution architectures to the national blueprint.
Mr. Tony Murphy is a Business Leader in MasterCard and drives the Enterprise Architecture (EA) program in the Asia Pacific region. MasterCard is a technology company and strategically positions EA within the business to yield higher value from its core products/services and through acquisitions.
Mr. Murphy has worked in Asia for more than 22 years in retail, telecommunications and financial service industries where he has developed EA programs for Business Integration. He is a domain expert in Supply Chain Management.
Mr. Goh Boon Nam has over 20 years of management experience in IT, holding management portfolios in IT governance, planning, architecture, quality and process improvement, application development, operations, human resource development, financial management and outsourcing. He has also developed and implemented various IT management processes, and successfully led IT organisations in achieving CMM / CMMI Level 3. He was also engaged in national IT efforts including marketing CITPM to regional computer societies as the then Secretary of the Special Regional Interest Group on Certification in the South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation as well as being the Honorary Secretary in initiating the set up of the National Infocomm Competency Centre (both organizations being predecessors to current regional and national IT competency organizations).
