Mr. Poon See Hong holds the position of Deputy Director (Planning) at the Police Logistics Department (PLD) in Singapore Police Force (SPF). He is responsible for driving process transformation and automation in PLD/SPF. He makes recommendation for business process integration and identification of opportunities for a more effective way of conducting police logistics activities in support of SPF’s operations. He is now undertaking the role of a Project Director to implement an integrated Logistics Management System for Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), focusing on creating value and business results for various Home Team Departments within MHA through IT strategy, business transformation, enterprise architecture and technology implementation. Prior to joining PLD/SPF in Feb 2014, See Hong was heading the Business Process Management Department in MINDEF Information System Division. In this role, he orchestrated the business transformation, process re-engineering and automation efforts for an SAF-wide Enterprise System to improve the SAF combat effectiveness and supply chain management performance.
