Mayda Lim has over 15 years of global experience in leading and managing technology organisation. She has significant experience in all aspects of managing technology lifecycle including formulating technology strategy as business enabler, act as trusted technology partner to deliver innovative solutions to accelerate business growth, global operational responsibility for 24*7 Service Desk, IT infrastructure support & delivery, Data Center operations, System Management, Application Development & Support, IT Disaster Recovery, Project Management, IT Service Management framework and ISO Standard.

Mayda is also a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion initiatives especially for women in technology. She serves in various D&I core committee.

Mayda is the Head of Technology, APEA, ANZ Banking Group Singapore. Prior to this, she was the regional CTO and Technology Director at Thomson Reuters.
