How can organisations survive and thrive in the new normal?

Embracing business agility and design thinking is just the starting point of digital transformation. The missing pillar is product thinking. There is an urgent need for senior management and decision makers to adopt a Product Management framework for their organisations.

Digital transformation entails more than running projects. A product-centric model identifies and addresses your business and market problems. The focus is on relentless value creation for your internal and external customers.

10.10amSo, Curiosity doesn’t kill the cat!! It merely triggers innovative solutions
By Ms Chow May See, MD, Head of Middle Office Technology, DBS

Not so long ago, the job of product manager was just about capturing market data, creating requirements, and shipping features to the users. Maybe, as a product manager, you’d talk to a couple of customers, capture voice of customer through surveys and list out features that you assumed users wanted. But companies that manage product that way are dying.

Product Management, today is a new game. A curious mind along with empathy to understand their unarticulated needs and changing expectations is the essence of modern Product Management. Then, using data to customise that experience is the key to being successful.

DBS has always been a front-runner in understanding user behaviours and then fuse innovation and technology to propel the experiences for our users through innovative products. In this webinar you will learn about how we do it in the Bank and also about our learnings in this journey.
