What Will Be Covered
This course is organised into 3 parts:
A: Customer-centricity and Design Thinking
The leaders will get to appreciate the customer centric and design thinking approach as well as mindset to develop services that are innovative and appealing to the target audience.
B: Making Better Decisions with Data
The essence of this sub-course is that everybody makes decisions - some decisions can be better, and data helps us to make better decisions. This sub-course will introduce the NUS-ISS Data Driven Decision Making model, and participants will use their own real-life scenarios to create a data-driven workflow leading to making better decisions.
C: Product and Platform Thinking
Product and platform thinking aims to create long-term scalable product solutions by continuously balancing customer-centricity, business considerations, and technical constraints. This sub-course will introduce the mindset and framework that will help product managers stay responsive to user needs, strategically aligned with business goals, and focused on delivering meaningful, value-driven products in a dynamic digital landscape.
