What Will Be Covered
This course is organised into 3 modules:
Module A: Agile & LEAN Transformation
This module delves into Agile and Lean principles, equipping leaders with adaptive strategies to foster innovation, streamline processes, and drive organisational efficiency in the digital transformation era. Through a blend of case studies, interactive sessions, and expert insights, participants will explore the fundamentals of Agile leadership, LEAN thinking, and their practical application in creating a culture of continuous improvement and value creation.
Module B: Product and Platform Thinking
Product and platform thinking aims to create long-term scalable product solutions by continuously balancing customer-centricity, business considerations, and technical constraints. This module will introduce the mindset and framework that will help product managers stay responsive to user needs, strategically aligned with business goals, and focused on delivering meaningful, value-driven products in a dynamic digital landscape.
Module C: Change Management
This module using case studies and group exercises to help participants practise diagnosing real-world change challenges, mapping stakeholder needs, and designing effective interventions to ensure smooth and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.

Pre-requisites
• Given the strategic orientation of the course, participants should typically have at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Participants should have prior knowledge on digitalisation or digital transformation, and how they enhance business and operations competitiveness.
