Agility is the ability of an organisation to learn, adapt and respond quickly to evolving trends, challenges and the changing demands of customers due to continuous digital disruptions. The journey to an agile organisation require leadership, capabilities and culture transformation to enable the business to offer high value proposition and great experience for their customers with fast speed and stability.

The course will focus on how business leaders and employees adopt new ways of workings with digital enablement that drive fast learning, experimentation, decision making and innovation. Participants will be able to look at real world examples, apply learning with case studies and using their own business scenarios to participate in this course.

    Setting up

    Full instruction on how to prepare for the Live Virtual Class will be sent a few days before your selected course so you can set up and test and setup your equipment. Live Virtual Class Requirements:

    • Computer with an internet connection
    • Microphone and Speakers (mandatory, test before first class day)
    • Webcam (good to have, test before first class day)
    • Free install of Zoom client, web version has limited features

    The Course Lecturer will be available online from 8.45 am each day before the course starts to offer any technical assistance to get you set up.

    Things to Note

    The class will run from 9am to 5pm each day, with lunch break between 12.30-1.30pm. There will also be short breaks in between.

    • Save travelling time to the training centre.
    • Synchronous discussions with classmates and trainer
    • Hone your digital skills on the latest conferencing tools and technologies

    Course Confirmation

    All classes are subject to confirmation and ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
