NUS-ISS and Learner’s Commitment and Responsibilities

Learner’s Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments
  • Complete the course feedback* at the end of class to help us improve quality of course
  • Complete the post course survey sent about three to six months after class attendance to help us continuously improve the application of learning to work
  • Please note that the data provided will be used for course administration including the conduct of any course-related surveys. The data may also be disclosed to relevant organisations that require the information such as partners, certification awarding bodies, examination agencies, and funding agencies


  • Learners’ personal data would be shared with SSG to seek participation in SSG surveys wef 27 April 2017, for the purpose of improving the educational experience
  • SSG will conduct centralised training quality survey, which will be emailed to trainees, on the last day of class
  • SSG requirement is for learners to sign up for a personal email account. Use of employer email addresses in place of learners' email addresses is not acceptable
  • Survey responses for employer-sponsored learners may be shared with employers

  • Meet the accreditation criteria by SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (SSG)
