Roles and Responsibilities:
Education & Curriculum Development
- Deliver high-quality teaching in areas such as digital transformation, innovation, service design, and user experience.
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance curriculum, courseware, and assessments to ensure relevance and learning effectiveness.
- Lead classroom facilitation, foster strong learner engagement, and support effective programme administration.
Consulting & Industry Engagement
- Lead and deliver practice-oriented consultancy projects in collaboration with industry partners.
- Conduct applied research to generate insights, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen digital innovation and design capabilities.
- Represent NUS-ISS at industry events, conferences, and professional networks.
Programme & Practice Leadership
- Drive programme planning, marketing, and execution across training and consulting offerings.
- Collaborate across practices to develop integrated learning and transformation solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership and support organisational development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A good university degree or postgraduate qualification in Innovation & Technology, Service Design, Design Thinking, User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in at least two of the following areas:
- Digital transformation initiatives
- Innovation and organisational change
- Service Design and User Experience (UX), including customer journeys and experience strategy
- Experience in AI, particularly agentic AI and generative AI applications in design and innovation, as well as design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and other prototyping tools.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in delivering training, workshops, or corporate learning programmes is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate experiential, hands-on learning activities that support practical skills development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging digital trends, technologies, and relevant tools or platforms.
