Profile
Prior to joining NUS-ISS, he was an Assistant Director with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). In IMDA, he led a team of scientists, engineers and project managers in the area of artificial intelligence and data analytics for projects across various domains. Before joining IMDA, he was a Senior Member of Technical Staff with the Cognition and Fusion Lab of DSO National Laboratories, and a Principal Investigator for projects relating to computational cognitive models.
Brian has published several scientific papers in the area of artificial intelligence and data analytics in journals and conferences.
