Siang Yuan has a strong track record in business and digital transformation. He was a consulting lead in NCS partnering with public and commercial sector clients in their transformation journey. This entailed the development of target service delivery model, To-Be processes, customer journey maps and digitalization & automation of operations to improve customer intimacy, enhance productivity and grow revenue.

He was also a consultant with Atos and EY covering the Asia Pacific region focusing on corporate performance management, business process reengineering and strategic business planning. His interest lies in application of technology to business operations, digital business models and sustainability strategies.

He has a MBA and MSc from Imperial College, London and a BEng (Hons) from Queen Mary College, London.
