Christabel is the Programme Manager for International Partnerships at NUS-ISS. She drives strategic collaborations and internationalisation initiatives with industry partners, government bodies and universities globally. With over a decade of cross-industry experience spanning across the public and private sectors, Christabel brings deep expertise in the areas of workforce development, programme management and international engagement. Passionate about global collaboration and talent development, she has strong track record of forging high-impact partnerships and delivering programmes that build capabilities for the digital economy.
Previously at Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), she partnered with C-suite leaders to drive investment initiatives and co-designed innovation programmes in frontier technologies like AI and Communications & Connectivity, supporting Singapore’s growth as a global tech hub. In Singtel, she formulated and launched enterprise-wide upskilling and leadership development initiatives, and at Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Christabel led a team that was responsible for managing national-level training programmes and served as Board Secretariat.
Christabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Marketing) from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
