ISS-IBM Seminar: The Social Employee Journey: the Future

Ensuring Business Success and Human Purpose: The Importance of Work in People's Lives
Imagine the power of a workforce where people are in the 'best fit' jobs, fully engaged, empowered and highly productive. Picture a workforce as a network of communities where employees can instantly find the right colleagues - inside or outside the immediate workforce - to fill gaps in their expertise, and tap knowledge across departments, across languages, across oceans. In this session, Rudy Karsan who leads IBM's Smarter Workforce proposition, discusses how fulfilment at work is vital to any strategy looking to engage successful people in the long term and improve business performance. He will share IBM's latest thinking and then open the debate to hear your views as leaders and influencers across the ASEAN marketplace.
