Briefing Session for Employers on Professional Conversion Programme for Data Analyst and FullStack Software Developer

The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) is a placement programme to assist employers to recruit new employees and retrain existing employees into jobs in demand. It is targeted at helping the Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) undergo skills conversion and secure new jobs roles.

These individuals will be given opportunities to re-skill themselves and obtain the necessary knowledge and competencies to take on new jobs. At the same time, employers can tap on the programmes to convert motivated and talented professionals to serve in new job roles.

In this session, you will learn more about the PCP scheme as well as the course fee grant and salary support provided. In addition, employers already on the PCP scheme will share their journeys and how their organisations benefited from the programmes.
