Survivor’s Guide for Product Managers in the New Norm with Covid-19

Survivor’s Guide for Product Managers in the New Norm with Covid-19

Covid-19 caught the world by surprise when it hit with such ferocity, and suddenly most businesses are in lock-down and product managers and sales are stuck at home while business crawls to a stop. Many experts predicted that a new norm will begin to emerge. How will businesses and product managers respond in such a situation?

Besides moving your product and services on online, and relying on digital sales channels, what else can we do to improve the sales? What to do with the customers coming to us asking for refunds or postponement on various grounds? While our management is grappling with the big picture, what short term measures could the product managers take? How should we plan out the longer term plans?

Daniel Boey will share some real life examples based on his observation and provide tips on some actions that can be taken.

Felicitas Seah will share on how digital platforms and ecosystems form the foundation for future business performance through a strategy of collaboration with both partner and consumer community.
