Product Management – The Lever for Digital Transformation

With the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses are awakened to the importance of digital channels, and are investing to build phone apps, digital products and platforms. However it is not enough to just assemble a team of technical experts, headed by a technical lead or a business person. These product leaders need specific skills that are needed by the digital product manager in driving the adoption of digital products through clear strategies, targeted plans, customer engagement and product advocacy.
