Demonstrating 21 years' experience driving customer success and sustainable services to guarantee long-term committed revenue. As an expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with learners, professionals, and employees, she is able to identify learning and development needs and creating bespoke knowledge plans to achieve progression development, confidence, and learning enjoyment. She utilises people management, coaching, stakeholder liaison and leadership experience to organise and scale teams. One of the key achievements include successfully mentored regional teams to safeguard best practices while brainstorming innovative thought processes to achieve organisational goals. She is an approachable mentor and champion of organisational improvement and personal development that grows people.
Kym graduated with a Master in Business and Administration (MBA) from Murdoch University, Australia.
