In Singapore’s dynamic business and governance spheres, companies and government agencies must anticipate and capitalise on revolutionary technologies such as generative AI to drive innovation and maintain an edge to remain strategically competitive and provide improved services to their customers.

At the heart of this revolution lies the imperative to seamlessly integrate AI into the fabric of business enterprises, particularly within the realms of product management and workflow optimisation. The challenge is not merely about incorporating AI into existing frameworks but rather re-architecting processes to leverage its transformative potential. By strategically infusing AI into operations, organisations can witness a profound enhancement in efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.

In parallel, within the governmental sphere, the focus shifts towards leveraging AI to enhance service quality while simultaneously reducing the costs associated with service delivery. This dual objective of improving efficiency and efficacy is paramount to achieving impactful outcomes for both public and private sector entities.

This course will expose middle management level participants (product owners, service owners in particular) to real world case studies where they will walk through exactly how existing products and workflows can be supercharged with AI, and in particular, with Generative AI. The intent is that the participants will become familiar with the framework, tools and strategies necessary to supercharge their products and workflows with AI and be comfortable starting, managing and delivering these supercharging endeavours.

The course is also suitable for more senior staff where the intent is to familiarise them with the same kind of projects and be able to sponsor AI supercharging projects, asking the right questions and evaluating the outcomes.
