This two-day Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) training course builds upon your existing Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) knowledge and experience, focusing on deepening your understanding of the ScrumMaster role and expanding your skillset to effectively serve Scrum teams and organizations. This course goes beyond the basics, exploring advanced facilitation techniques, coaching and mentoring skills, and strategies for removing impediments and fostering self-organization. The training is highly interactive, incorporating real-world scenarios, simulations, and group discussions to solidify learning. Participants will leave with practical tools and techniques they can immediately apply to their work. This certification is offered by the Scrum Alliance.

Pre-requisites
• Hold a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance (the CSM can be active or expired. It will renew automatically when participants earn the A-CSM)
• At least 12 months of work experience specific to the ScrumMaster role within the past five years (must be entered by participant in their Scrum Alliance profile)

The ISS Certificate of Completion will be issued to participants who have attended at least 75% of the course and pass the required assessments.

Participants will also receive the A-CSM Certificate from Scrum Alliance upon successful course completion.

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
