The Certified ScrumMaster course is an intensive, 2-day training in the mission-critical knowledge and skills necessary to play this key Scrum leadership role. The training is highly interactive, and based around the real-world challenges that ScrumMasters face, with interactive scenarios and simulation, videos of real-life teams, lots of question-and-answer, plus interactive quizzes and more.

The course is taught by one of the most respected figures in the Agile world: Pete Deemer, author of The Scrum Primer and former chairman of the Scrum Alliance (the certifying body for CSM and CSPO).

    1. The course and exam are bundled together, but participants will receive two separate invoices: one for the Course Fee and another for the Exam Fee.     Exams & Certificate

    Certificate of Completion
    Participants have to meet a minimum attendance rate of 75% and are required to pass the assessment to be issued a Certificate of Completion.

    Post-course Assessment

    The post course ScrumMaster Certification is conducted by Scrum Alliance via an online assessment. After completing your CSM course, you’ll receive an email from the Scrum Alliance that includes a link to create your login credentials. After receiving your membership email, you have 90 days to take and complete the test. The test consists of a combination of multiple-choice and true or false questions. It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. The CSM test has a passing score of 37 out of 50 questions. You will have two attempts within 90 days after you receive your membership email to pass the test at no additional cost. After the two attempts or 90 days, a fee of US$25 will be charged for each additional attempt.

    Course Confirmation

    All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
