Who Should Attend
The Coaching Clinic is targeted at participants who have completed the course Digital Product Strategy or Graduate Certificate in Designing and Managing Products with NUS-ISS and are interested to pursue deeper applications of the topics in their work. The Clinic may be used to continue the product development opportunity identified in Digital Product Strategy or the Graduate Certificate and is recommended to be held within 6-12 months of the last completion date of the respective course.
Participants will benefit most if they have previously identified a product development opportunity and utilize the Clinic to further develop and deliver it.
This Clinic is to be requested in Teams of 2 to 5 for project-based or work application coaching.
Pre-requisites
Participants must complete the course Digital Product Strategy before the Coaching Clinic session unless they already completed the Graduate Certificate in Designing and Managing Products. The Clinic may be used to continue the previously identified product development opportunity and is recommended to be held within 6-12 months of the last completion date of respective course.
What Will Be Covered
The suggested content and topics of the Coaching Clinic sessions are outlined below. Participating organisations can discuss and fine-tune the scope and deliverables with NUS-ISS prior to the start of the clinic.
Topics related to a previously identified product development opportunity:
- Reviewing problem / product opportunity scoping
- Reviewing and refining business cases
- Scoping and refining product strategy
- Reviewing product roadmap and requirements
- Supporting product development planning process
- Reviewing product launch plan
- Supporting and coaching on product leadership tasks
Coaching Clinic Service Package :
- One package of Coaching Clinic Service consists of 6 x half-day sessions.
- Each session is 3 hours, either in the morning 9am to 12pm or afternoon 2 to 5pm. Detailed scheduling will be pre-arranged with the participants.
- Each clinic is organisation-specific and requires a team of 2 to 5 participants to run.
- Participating organisations may sign up for multiple clinics if the scope is beyond one clinic.

In the event of a change of venue, participants are advised to refer to the acceptance email sent one week prior to the commencement date.
Course Confirmation
All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
