Companies are facing tough competition in a fast-changing business environment. Having an effective digital business strategy is critical for companies to survive and flourish in a period when digital technologies have transformed customers’ expectations and behaviours as well as how the marketplace has given rise to new business models. There are companies thriving today that operate through notions such as co-creating value with customers, working in ecosystems to get things done, connecting with customers to foster shared values and allowing innovations at all levels. This course is an exposition of these ideas, taking participants on the journey of:
- Value Co-Creation with Customers
- Value Realisation through Digital Product Offering to Customers (and Users)
- Value Delivery through Customer Engagement and Marketing Strategy
- Justify and Sustain Digital Investments to Maximise Value Delivery and Capture
Every industry is becoming digital, and every organisation must transform for its digital future. The world of digital is rife with technologies that affect how organisations operate; more importantly, new technologies are rapidly appearing that will more and more rapidly change the world of tomorrow. This course provides an approach to transform an organisation into a digital business and sustain the transformation as it meets rapidly changing digital technologies.
This course spans approximately 7 weeks and requires a total commitment of 12 learning days, with a balanced blend of ~50% synchronous in-person sessions and ~50% asynchronous self-paced learning (including pre-readings, research, individual & group assignments, etc).
This course is part of the Master of Technology in Digital Leadership Programme offered by NUS-ISS.
