Navigating the complexities of product development process is essential for successful product delivery and launch. In addition to mastering soft skills, there are necessary technical skills for product managers to develop.  

The DPD course is designed to bridge the technical gap between product planning and execution. The 3-day course will empower participants to drive collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders to build, launch, and support a product. Through practical and interactive learning experiences, participants will acquire the skills and tools necessary for effective product implementation across various technology stacks for scalable development and continuous improvement. This course is grounded in best practices at the intersection of product management, agile planning, and software delivery.

  • Individuals are strongly encouraged to attend the Managing Digital Products course to build a strong foundation before registering for this course.  

  • There are no work experience level prerequisites to attend this course.

Product Delivery Design

Explore key quality attributes to design digital products and their impact on product performance.  

Release Management

Understanding principles of roadmap planning and continuous delivery pipelines. Gain insights on practices that ensure product strategies are well-aligned with business goals for smooth product releases. 

Product Support and Maintenance

Learn how to prepare for an efficient product launch, including strategies for monitoring product performance after deployment. Develop skills in customer support to maintain post-launch service quality. 

Comprehensive Product Delivery Planning 

Gaining a comprehensive overview of digital product delivery life cycle. Develop skills on effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth product development process.

Participants have to meet a minimum attendance rate of 75% and are required to pass the assessment to be issued a Certificate of Completion.

Course Confirmation

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
