- Introduction to Systems Thinking and System Dynamics: Fundamental principles and concepts.
- Practical Applications of Systems Thinking and System Dynamics: Techniques for enhancing business and operational planning, addressing scenarios such as customer dynamics, growth management, strategic investments and effective project management.
- Modelling and Simulation Techniques: Monte Carlo methods, and Discrete Event Simulation, specifically tailored for optimising inventory management and queuing processes.
- Dynamic Resource Management for Process Improvement: Decision Trees for Expected Monetary Value (EMV) analysis, and Learning Curve applications to drive continuous improvement.

All classes are subject to confirmation and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to participants one week prior to the commencement date. Confirmed registrants are to attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments (where applicable). Additionally, all responses to feedbacks and surveys conducted by NUS-ISS and its partners must be submitted. All training and assessments will be delivered as described in the course webpage.
