Through a hands-on, interactive approach using computer-based modeling, you will learn powerful methodologies such as Systems Thinking, System Dynamics and Simulation Modelling. These tools will help you break down intricate systems, uncover key patterns and generate actionable insights for effective business planning.

  • Introduction to Systems Thinking and System Dynamics: Fundamental principles and concepts.
  • Practical Applications of Systems Thinking and System Dynamics: Techniques for enhancing business and operational planning, addressing scenarios such as customer dynamics, growth management, strategic investments and effective project management.
  • Modelling and Simulation Techniques: Monte Carlo methods, and Discrete Event Simulation, specifically tailored for optimising inventory management and queuing processes.
  • Dynamic Resource Management for Process Improvement: Decision Trees for Expected Monetary Value (EMV) analysis, and Learning Curve applications to drive continuous improvement.
