In today’s fast-moving digital world, it is essential for leaders to be equipped with the right mind-set, frameworks and best practices to drive digital transformation. To do this, establishing the right foundation for conceptualising and implementing technology projects is critical. NUS-ISS proposes a one-day “Foundations of Technology Management” programme to equip participants with the knowledge of digitalisation and digital transformation in the Singapore Government context, the skills needed for digital leadership, and how-to co-lead digital initiatives with IT to achieve business outcomes.
